"The adventure dome staff was great and maid service but the hotel/front desk itself has no customer service skills. Use self check-in/out kiosks and when you need assistance via calling almost rude or dismissive when asked for information. Rooms do not include stander items like refrigerator or microwaves which isn’t disclosed but you can pay additional fees for them. If you like flying frontier this is the hotel version."

"Our room was clean, beds were comfortable. Public restrooms were clean. Throughout the resort appeared well maintained. Carpet in hallways were kind of gross but it is Vegas so not surprised. Liked pool areas.. never enough chairs as always at any pool and cushions were well used, but no complaints! "
