"My overall stay was good, but I’d like to mention two things. First, they charged a $300 deposit for my stay, which wasn’t mentioned during the booking process. It wasn’t really necessary. Second, the staff on the night shift was a bit rude. I think management needs to provide more training in customer service. The restaurant was closed all weekend due to maintenance, which was a bit strange. However, I did have relaxing time."

"Sadly in the past 2-3 years it has gone downhill dramatically and yet the price has gone up. The rooms are needing a refresh and they need to do a deep clean and paint. The toilet barely flushed, the curtains were nasty dirty and the carpet needs replacing. The breakfast was powdered eggs and mystery meat. For $200-$300 a night they are asking way over why they should. This is not up to best western standards anymore. Sad really cuz I’ve been coming here for 22 years. "

"they are going through a reno so some facilities were not available. Overall great people, the bath needs redoing..but that too is part of the renos they are doing so in some time it should look even better. Exterior is being finished and repainted also. Overall a great experience, good staff. Nice stay."
