"The walkway from Shinagawa station is not smooth enough to be rolling/pushing luggage to check into hotel. also, no cover during rain. I realize there are renovations on-going but I hope they make it more comfortable to transit from the station to the front desk for check in. thank you"

Feb 15, 2019It’s a bit off the beaten path for the big tourist spots, rather far from the Imperial Palace for example. But if you’re there on business, there are a lot of great restaurants and shops.
