The staff at check-in were so lovely and friendly the entire stay - we were so glad to gift you all of our candy from the Oogie Boogie Bash. We LOVE the enclosed outdoor pool, and the complimentary bfast buffet (oh my gosh, I'm addicted to the homemade salsa, I'm still talking about it and we've been home for a week). "It looks basic from the outside but what really mattered was the interior. Best BANG for your buck 100%. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Definitely would be booking at this place again on my next visit."

"One think i can say all of the restaurants inside the facility close it a little bit early. If you come back from Disneyland and hungry the only spot open at the facility is the gift shop/coffe place and they have cold sandwiches ok. "

"The hotel was very nice overall. It has coffee machines with hot chocolate and a bunch of different caffeine shots which I thought was super nice and the room was very nice too and clean. I booked the romantic room with the jacuzzi and the shower next to it and me and my husband loved it. It's also pretty conveniently around a bunch of food places, a mall and 15min away from Universal Studios. I definitely enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. "
