The front desk people were extremely nice this time

Amazing! 10/10

Great stay, awesome room, was quiet, food was located near by, and the staff was all friendly and helpful. Very clean and confortable stay. This will be my regular stop everytime im in the area.

Best staff, great food!

Very good location and loved the shuttle ride to casino

This hotel provided me with one of the best hotel stay experience I've ever had. My family & myself stayed here during the recent snow storm, and I can't express enough how wonderful the staff (also many of the other hotel guests) were treating everyone. From the front desk, the manager, to housekeeping staff (even the volunteer crew that were there to assist during the snow storm), every staff member was kind, patient, professional, and warm welcoming. The rooms were clean and well sanitized. I...

I liked the location and convenience right off the interstate. Stayed overnight on our way to Florida. Facility and staff were great. Dining area for breakfast was tight and a bit messy. Food was average continental breakfast which was fine with us.

The toilet in the room woke me up 3 times with a horrible grinding noise..sounding like rocks in a blender.

Your entire facility was very clean and organized. The room was very nice. Very clean, Very nice bathroom. But the very best about my stay was the lady on duty that night went way above and beyond duty to help me and my sister, vwith a car breakdown situation I had. She actually sent a friend of hers to go to the auto parts store to buy the part that I need, with my money of course. I was so appreciative. We also felt that your pricing was very economical Especially after staying there and...

Brand new hotel. Absolutely awesome!! The layout of the suite is great. The shower layout is wonderful and very smart. Staff very professional and friendly.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and kind as I arrived very late at night. Thank you!!

I was just looking for a place to stay as I was traveling to a destination. I booked the Hampton because of previous success with other Hamptons and i wasn't disappointed. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and cool when I arrived. The breakfast was appealing however no meats were served, just the other usual eggs, cereals, pastries etc. If someone were superstitious or scared the hotel is located right next door to a large cemetery!

Great staff. Clean room,

Nice new hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was great!

Room was a bit smaller than most suites I've stayed in, but the friendly staff and great amenities made up for that. We will definitely make use of the heated indoor pool next time. Overall, a great stay!

Great place to stay

The facility is new. Rooms were clean, halls, foyer etc. Did not use the pool or exercise equipment but all other areas were great. Staff is superior to any hotel I've ever stayed in. They were friendly helpful, and the housekeeping staff were excellent as well. Will definitely go back and would highly recommend. The gentlemen in the breakfast area was extremely sweet and helpful. Close to everything: mall, shopping, casinos, restaurants. "Complimentary Hotel Shuttle" takes you anywhere in Lake...
