The staff members were friendly, the breakfast was great, common areas were nice. The beds were decent but the pillows were terrible. Pillows aside, we would stay here again. Clean and comfortable hotel.

We had such a great stay here. Our room was available early, the woman at the front desk was so nice and assigned our group rooms that were near each other. We enjoyed the pool and the gym during our stay. The only issue that we ran into was that there were only three towels in the room and the front desk didn’t have any additional towels. The breakfast was not so great either. They served stuff for breakfast burritos but everything was very bland. It wouldn’t keep us from returning though.

The accessibility was excellent, with convenient access to most major retail stores and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was decent, but the food selection could have been better. The menu was pretty repetitive, with scrambled eggs served every morning and no boiled egg option available. I would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean, the service was excellent, and the location was convenient and accessible.

My daughter and I were in the area going to three of the local colleges for college visits and came from Oklahoma City for three nights. The property was clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff was incredible and the male housekeeper was very helpful with towels and linen upon request. The breakfast was set-up well with a good variety. If you are on a college visit then stay here because the town of Hadley has everything that you need on a visit and you're within a short drive to all of the colleges. However, my check-in experience was rude & odd to say the least. The front desk night clerk needs some guidance on manners. When I mentioned that we booked the 3 night stay on Expedia he said "Now why would you do that?" My reply, "Well I've used Expedia for 20 years and like my flights, hotels and car rentals bundled and I saved $500 doing it this way opposed to through each individual service." I get it. He was making small talk but after a all day flight I'm not into passive aggressive sarcastic comments. I've been in sales 17 years and would never discredit my customer's decisions. Besides Expedia and Hilton work in a partnership so who cares how you receive a customer.
