"As an overall experience it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and the room comfortable and well presented. Breakfast again was well presented and tasty. The only negative comment is that parking is limited."

"Holly House is a lovely place to stay - Dee is the most delightful host and her garden is just gorgeous. The room was perfect for my two-night stay in the area, to visit relatives and National Trust properties. A very comfortable bed, and hot shower. The breakfast options were excellent and set me up for the day ahead. The proximity (within easy walking distance) of a good country pub, The Red Lion, was a bonus for evening meals - highly recommended. I would love to return one day to Holly...

"What can we say.. such a beautiful and magical place.so clean and tidy. Our room was big. King bed single bed double sofa bed and a fold away single. Table and chairs. Fridge, microwave tea coffee and more. You have everything you need for a lovely comfortable stay. Secluded with a beautiful garden to explore. Children will be happy with a big trampoline swing ball table tennis and football. Breakfast was perfect and very yummy 😋 easy to find and a really good location for Gatwick Airport. If...

"Very nice to find fresh milk in the fridge, thank you! Nice clean, quiet room with comfy bed. The only criticism is that the hot water supply was scalding. Dangerously hot, although there is a warning sign. Didn’t risk using the shower in case I couldn’t control the temperature so I managed without. Otherwise fine, thank you. "

Full of period features and although we only stayed for one night we did have a chance to stroll around the farm and surrounding area. Superb full english breakfast featuring a lot of produce sourced on the farm. A perfect place to stay to access all nearby countryside and amenities."

"We had a such a wonderful time on this beautiful family run boat. My husband and I stayed in the comfort quadruple room with our two young boys aged 6 and 8 to explore Diggerland and Rochester a few minutes away. We were even able to spend a day at Port Lympne Safari an hour' drive during the half-term break. Jeremy and his wife were so warm and hospitable and every little detail on the boat is exceptional. "A lovely, very old village property with lots of original features. A comfortable stay with a perfect host who was friendly, positive, quick to reply and charming. Good breakfast included. It’s worth being aware that this is a very old house with its own character, creaky floorboards and all! Good pub across the road for food. Walking distance on pavement (20-25 mins) to Westerham Golf Club for wedding functions. "
