"Host was communicative before booking, but communication was not possible other than solely thru this platform. It was difficult to advise the host of my experience or needs. The bedroom rug had a potent urine odor, as well as, being dirty. The toilet was not clean. There is no dishwasher, limited wine glasses and one coffee mug. Though this is a pet-friendly host, the rooms smelled of pet urine. The window A/Cs were not adequately sealed, allowing bugs, moths, and spiders inside the bedroom and...

"This is one of our most favorites! The rooms are amazing ( we prefer to spend a little extra for the ocean view). Dinner there is great!. The staff is exceptional."

"The staff were accomodating,nice,helpful and polite.The property is ok a bit tired,they are keeping the rooms as nice as they can, it smelled a bit like mildew but I think it’s the carpet??? Yes some of furniture is a little older shows wear and tear but nothing crazy.Theres great coffee all day in the area near the restaurant but the coffee in the breakfast area wasn’t the greatest.The one thing that could also improve is the free continental breakfast. There’s not much to choose from but is doable.I really like the fact that they provide youth cribs.The pool is ok 3’ all around and on the small side especially for busy summers.I think it is also salt water,the kids loved it so did the other families using it.The front desk area was nice and the woman behind the counter was very friendly,something people including everyone in our group complained about was the smells in the hallways I could hear it being said by many guest like cigarette smell mildew etc.I’ve traveled plenty and have been to many places I’ve had to walk out of because I just couldn’t fathom staying,this was actually a nice experience for the family.The outside could use some tlc. There are so many nice restaurants and shops.Walmart is directly across them. All in all not bad. It was a pleasant stay."

"I have stayed here many times over the past years...I was not knocked out by the overall stay. They call themselves a resort and in a way they are but I question their ability to provide excellent service. On my arrival rgere was no bellman so thr shift manager helped me. When I checked in I was supposed to get a room with garden view and a queen bed. The first room that they gave me was windowless and very small. I was paying 800 a night for my room.and it was a mandatory 2 mights. Room service breakfast was 50 dollars and a drink( bloody mary) and a diet coke was 36. As for the pool there are no chairs because people can use a pool membership even if they weren't staying. I paid for it but there was no chair. The house phone doesn't work. I reported it to the front desk but nothing happen. The nicest and most helpful person was the bell man and the Friday manager. The feeling of comfort a attention seems to be taking a bavk seat By the way I also hosted a dinner at fresh salt...the restaurant on premise...that was perfect and the service was excellent. Maybe the desk should be trained by the resto front of house"
