The geothermal heat pump provides the energy for heating the rooms and the pool water and ensures low energy costs. With the three bathrooms, the spacious living room, the activity room and finally the generous pool area, this house is big enough for several families. Lots of fun is promised by the activity room and and the large pool area. The modern design and the successful architecture make this house very comfortable. Horseback riding, tennis, mini golf and fishing in the Rut & Take is possible.
