"A lovely Japanese inn with incredible food, comfortable bedding and wonderful hospitality. We spent two of our week long Yamaguchi prefecture trip at Hagi no Yado Tomoe and we were very happy with our choice. Evening meals presented in our room were exceptional. It was a traditional Japanese ryokan meal but with some western style interpretations. Also an apple gratin was my husband’s favorite dish of our entire trip and we had some excellent meals throughout. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Hagi. It’s easy access by car for a day trip to Tsuwano and an easy location for all the interesting places in Hagi. "
