"You cannot compare hostels run by the Israel Youth Hostels Association in Israel to general hostels. Private rooms with space for large families, clean dining facilities, etc. Really, the experience is a great one, especially when you're doing various roadtrips and hikes around the country. This particular location had very friendly staff, the location was a little difficult to get to due to loss of cell service in the town. But one we got there, there was parking in abundance. "1) they are NOT of any HI international standard. The Staff had check in, spoke no English and over charged us! There is no shared kitchen or even a microwave to warm up a meal. We are paying to sleep, and if you cannot sleep, then what is the point of paying being at a place???There were a rowdy bunch of 100 + boys! The staff, had no curfew to shut them up. there were so noisy and everyone screamed and shouted to each other and ran ruckus in the corridors of the buildings - from 7pm till 3pm.....
