"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and we love the peaceful location by the water and it being the “back of the house” in Sound a Music. It now has a bar in it too! It’s 1-2 miles to old town, but we didn’t mind a walk or uber. Would definitely stay again!"

Breakfast had a good range of choice, and a good size room so even when busy, didn’t feel overcrowded. The bar downstairs is nice - great for people watching the lobby! "The hotel is located right next to the bahnhoff, making it very easy to get to and from the area, and the proximity to the old town, Mirabellplatz, and the river makes it an excellent choice. The upper 2 floors for the bar and breakfast area privide great views of the city and the fortress on the hill. "
