Dirty and cheap

The room was so dirty, the bedding has not been renewed for at least 5 years . The breakfast was so cheap and no variety. Telephone in the room was not working. Expensive for no value at all

Not at all satisfied with dealing

The dealing of the staff is very bad , before booking I take the confirmation regarding the invoice if I make the booking through hotels.com and they confirmed that they can give invoice. But now they cheated me saying that they cannot give invoice.. I will never book this hotel again. I went to finance department to talk about this they also didnt keep their words Room furnitures didn’t meet the standard AC not working properly Very bad experience and I will not recommend this hotel

Bon rapport qualité prix

Très bon hotel à seulement 4 km du centre historique. Nous avons meme trouvé une voiture avec chauffeur pour visiter Jubbah. Seulement dommage que la chambre ait une fenetre occultée. Comme dans le reste du pays, la piscine et le fitness ne sont ouverts qu'aux hommes, dommage.

Very bad stay; My reservation was for a King size bedroom and when I arrived I found no availability and I had to take a twin room. I had a connection door between my room and the room beside me which it’s guest was very noisy and talking loudly at 3 am that I couldn’t sleep at my second night there and called the reception but they couldn’t make any thing

لا بأس

تسجيل الدخول والخروج استغرق المزيد من الوقت تسجيل الدخول طلبوا مني دفع قيمة الغرفة رغم انني سددت كامل المبلغ عن طريق الموقع وكذلك في تسجيل الخروج طلبوا مني دفع قيمة الغرفة. في كلتا الحالتين رفضت الدفع. اثناء تسجيل الدخول لم يتوفر حامل حقائب مما اضطرني البقاء بعض الوقت لحين قدوم موظف الاستقبال لحمل حقائبي. الفندق جيد بصفة عامة ومريح لكنه ليس افضل خيار موجود على هوتيلز كوم مقارنة بالسعر والمميزات وطبعا هناك خيارات افضل واكثر على المواقع الاهرى لا ادري لماذا لا يتم تضمينها في هوتيلز.
