Very New and nice

It was great stay and I will stay in this hotel next time if I visit Hail. It's good for Hail university visitors as it's inside the university campus and it takes 20 minutes to the city center

I have stayed here twice and will again in Hail. Absolutely huge rooms and well appointed. Since the previous stay, the maintenance has not kept up. Gym and spa fixtures were out of order. Parking is not organized. Disposal of room service is delayed.
