"The staff was very kind and helpful. We were given a room we were not pleased with and they were able to change us. The hotel does not have e air conditioning but when we asked the put a fan in our room which was a big help. Breakfast is nice and ample."

"This hotel was super convenient, just a few minutes away from the airport, which had a shuttle running to and from every 20 minutes. The hotel itself was very nice, staff was so friendly, they greeted you as soon as you walked in and couldn’t have been nicer. The room itself was small but super clean. It looked like all the bedding was brand new. We enjoyed our one night stay and would do it again."

"Highly recommend this lovely property with comfy beds, quiet rooms, and a gorgeous bathroom! I loved the fully-stocked mini fridge, especially during a heat wave, and really appreciated the diet Pepsi instead of beer. The location was wonderful - just a short walk to the old part of town and close to both train stations. In fact, we walked with our luggage, downhill, from the main train station right to the hotel. Then maybe two or three blocks downhill to the old section, which is a must-see. Best of all, however, were the helpful, kind, and handsome men at the front desk. We missed a day trip one morning, and the guys went out of their way to help us find something else to do and figure out how to get there. We ended up having a great day after all! No question I'd stay there again."

"Great location near the historical center, and the hotel has convenient underground parking. The Executive Room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 children (the youngest shared a bed with us). Breakfast was above average, with a wide selection of dishes. Check-in was fast and smooth."
