"We had the ocean view room on the second floor. It was newly renovated, with a beautiful private bathroom and beautiful wood work throughout. We were a bit spoiled when we were there, since there were no other guests on our floor during our stay. The kitchen and living room were spacious and well equipped, and Josh was always there to help us if we needed it. We would definitely stay here in the future"

Waterfalling Estate is an oceanfront compound on the Big Island unlike any other

"The property is everything advertised and then some. It is beautiful and restful with the waterfall and waves surrounding you every moment. The two things to note are that only 3 bedrooms have A/C and on hot summer days it gets stifling hot, but those days are rare, we had one night like that in our week. The bunk room is not a room but a space that has a curtain that is a makeshift wall.These items should be noted in the property description so that visitors expectations are set correctly. The property and the trip we had was worth every penny and I can't stress enough how little stress I felt at the Waterfalling Estate. We had an amazing week that the 4 families and 17 of us will never forget."

"Perfect place to stay for a couples getaway if you’re visiting The Big Island. Staff were always able to help whenever we needed them. Being greeted by Coconut Jake every morning was the perfect way to start the day. Greeting Miss Kitty in the evening after a long day of fun and adventure was a treat as well. Rooms provide all the things you’d need when on vacation: beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, hair dryer, bathroom supplies, etc. I could go on about all the great things about this place, but the ratings and reviews speak for themselves. Just book it!"

"We were so surprised when we rolled up on this property. It was well maintained & beautifully landscaped. The cottage was decorated with a colorful flair. The bathroom was roomy & had a big shower. The porch looked out over the property facing the ocean & great sunrises. We stayed 4 nights & were genuinely sad to leave. After 10 days traveling, this was the perfect place to relax"

"Great Location, vary spacious house. Loved the getaway feel. Lots of room. Enjoyed the pool.Unfortunately the hot tub (one of the main reasons we booked this) did not work the entire time we stayed. I don't fault the owner nor property management though, I think things happen and its okay. The owners were very responsive and I think they got it fixed for the next guests.Thank you for your hospitality."

"If you would like to stay in a place as close to the garden of Eden as you can get, then this is it. The cottage has everything you need, it is very comfortable, and the view and the surroundings are beautiful. Todd and Madeleine were very gracious hosts. Madeleine even alerted me to the fact that the volcano was erupting so that we could take advantage. The kitchen is well stocked if you like cooking your own meals as we do, and sitting outside in the morning in the rocking chairs, watching the geckos is a real treat. This place is one of a kind."
