"Room was really warm for our arrival. Staff were pleasant. I was not well prepared and I think the hotel could be missing an opportunity to help guests get up the mountain during snowy conditions (I wasn’t carrying snow chains and there were limited options to get me up to my ski lesson on time). Not a criticism I would absolutely stay here again."

"Communication from host was excellent. House was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Great size property for large family group. Awesome kitchen table to fit everyone and nice large lounge with warm and cosy log burner. We had an awesome time staying here. Nice and close to Whakapapa ski field. Would definitely stay again."

"Great value for money and a good stay for a small family. The kitchen was well equipped, the laundry was a real bonus, and the heater kept the place nice and warm. Just remember to bring your own bed sheets. The only minor downside was that the toilet is outside the house, but for the price, we really couldn't complain. We'd happily stay again."
