We (family of 4, kids are teenagers) got the room with bunk beds. Very cute, clean and neat. Room is pretty spacious, big enough for us to open each of our either big or medium suitcase and still have space to walk around. The morning seafood market is across the street. We drove, but otherwise Jr station is just down the next block and local trams nearby as well.

The fav is very convenient, as it's just a few minutes away from the train station. It's also right across from the Asaichi Morning Market. The room was very clean with beautiful furniture and fixtures. Very modern and just a few years old. I would stay here again, but I would skip the breakfast. It's easy enough to find your own breakfast steps from the hotel.
