The room is great, and just meets your every need for the usual short getaway to Hakone. Very clean and modern, and everything prepared when we arrived. Communication is excellent. This is deep in the community of Hakone but walkable from the train station (by Japan’s walking distance standards).

Huoneemme oli tilava ja siisti. Keittiössä oli säilytystilaa ruualle ja kaikki fasiliteetit ruuanvalmistukseen. Hotelli sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella ja sieltä voi lähteä seikkailemaan useampaan suuntaan. Lähellä on kaksi markettia, joten ruokaa ja juomaa ei tarvitse kantaa pitkiä matkoja.

初めて利用させて頂きました。駐車場が無料で、予約時も丁寧にメールで対応頂きましたし、無人チェックインで気軽に手続きできました。部屋の内装はとても綺麗で、洗面所も広く、ソファも大きかったので、2人で素泊まりで宿泊するのに贅沢なほどでした。少し蒸し暑い気候もあったのかもしれないですが、空調を除湿設定にしても室内の湿度が高くじめっとしていたのと、枕の匂い、使い古しの食器スポンジが気になりましたが、部屋の設備(食器やインスタントの飲み物、洗面台のアメニティや、温泉に持ち歩きしやすい洗面用具バッグ等)も含め、今後も利用させて頂きたいと思う程、素晴らしかったです。コンビニや中心街に徒歩で行けるのもいいですね。

施設はとても綺麗で湯本駅にも比較的ちかいので良い。1階だったのでカーテンが開けられなかった。出来ればレースのカーテンがあるといいかも。

リノベーションされた部屋で清潔感もあり、冷蔵庫、キッチン、最低限の調理器具もあって非常に使いやすい。空いていれば駐車場も無料で使えるので、下手な旅館に高い値段を払うよりは、近隣の日帰り温泉と観光を楽しむにはコストパフォーマンスとしてはかなり良いと思います。あえて言うならば、共用の洗濯機がなかなか空いてないこと、建物の階段の上り下りや周囲の部屋の音はかなり聞こえるので、そこは我慢が必要です。

It was a nice place! Good location not too far from the station at Hakone-Yumoto. We didn't use the little kitchen, but it seemed nicely stocked. The reason for the so so cleanliness rating were some dead bugs in the windowsill, a dusty range hood fan, and hairs by the bed.

Great place for family and when visiting onsens

This place is perfect for visiting the onsens in Hakone. We stay in the room with another family. My daughter and her friends loved the bunk beds. The room was very spacious. only downside is only four parking spots at the condominium. book these spots in advance.

感想

施設のキレイさ、アメニティの充実さ、スタッフの方の雰囲気、お値段はどれも満足でした。 不慣れなせいですが、オートロックのみの鍵で、内側からはドアノブをひねるだけで開いてしまうので、しっかり施錠出来ている安心感がなく不安だった。 あと各部屋には消毒液がなく、消毒やコロナ対策について、衛生管理の対策についての掲示が少なかったため、どれ位消毒対策がされているのか不安になった。 部屋に入ってからはスタッフの方が来ることもないため、定期的なり随時消毒できるよう各部屋に消毒液を配置して頂きたい。 コロナに過敏にならず素泊まり出来ることだけなら、文句無しでまた利用したい施設 です。

心地よい宿

箱根湯本駅からも近く、周囲にコンビニもあるので立地は良い。風呂場や冷蔵庫も大きく、キッチンには一通りのものが揃っているので野菜炒めなど作れた。快適に過ごせた。
