"This hotel is within easy walking distance of the train station, castle, gardens and just across the road from the Omicho market. The room was a good size with a futon bed. But not much space for anyone with lots of luggage. The onsen was lovely with just one large pool set at ~42C. Breakfast was the highlight and really set this hotel apart - a box of fresh seafood, rice, pickles and miso soup as well as green tea was beautifully presented and delicious. Staff were always present to help with check in. And there was a self service luggage storage in the foyer. "

"We are happy that this hotel has been selected for our 3 days trip in Kanazawa. Great location and nice staff. Only got some small issues during the check in time, but hotel staff fixed with prompt action. Good restaurant locates in the hotel, excellent breakfast and dinner. This will be again our choice if we go back, and will definitely recommend to friends"

"We really appreciated the staff helping us change when I realised I made a mistake in the bed configuration. The corner twin room was very comfortable. Of course, we also chose Dormy Inn for the onsen, but this time it was also because the weekend parade was almost at door step. "

"The staff was very welcoming, and the property was clean. The amenities are great - drinks in the lobby, popsicles and yogurt drinks at the onsen, ramen noodles and toiletries as needed. We found the onsen to nice but very busy at times, so we tried to go when we thought less people would be there. Breakfast was wonderful! Our daughter’s loved the matcha and hot chocolate. In Japan you most likely need to book kids over the age of 13 as an adult. Double check with the property details on this."
