"This place was amazing! The owners thought of everything. Relaxed by the fire pit and down at the lake. My grandson got good use out of the kayaks provided. Sandy, the lab next door kept us company everytime we went to the gorgeous screen porch! Porch sitting my coffee taste even better!! We met the owner and I believe we will stay connected. She’s a great lady!! She and her hubby aim to please. Going to return!!!"

"The room was clean except for the floor in the bathtub area.some of the wall surfaces were dirty. It needs coffee makers, drinking cups and glasses in the room and an ice machine on property."

"Loved the openness of the floor plan. Kitchen is large and has everything you could need to cook all your meals. I’ve never seen so many pots, pans, dishes, bowls in a rental property before. That was definitely a bonus. Large kitchen table sat all 8 adults easily for all our meals. Loved the back deck and all the comfortable furniture. The view of the dock was perfect from the deck. Loved the covered area on the second level of the dock. Loved that this unit allowed for 2 dogs. We’ve never been to Smith Lake this late in the season before and we were quite shocked at how low the water was. What we thought was a short drop off from the bank to the water was quite cliffy in fact and proved a little scary for the dogs as there is not much grass area. My only recommendation would be to add mirrors to the bedrooms since there are only 2 bathrooms and it sleeps 10. And, maybe the addition of a fire pit. Added bonus…the marina delivered the pontoon and jet skis we rented to our dock!"

"This house had everything our family of 10 needed and then some. The house is clean, well laid out and quiet. The walk to the dock was easy and there was a ton of outdoor seating to enjoy the view. The drive in may be a bit tight for bigger vehicles but we had no problems. We had a couple of issues on the first night but Carol was super responsive and got everything resolved promptly and with a great attitude. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great property for bringing your dogs to the lake. Good separation from neighbors and large yard for dogs to run in. Plenty of space for all your friends with multiple seating areas inside and out. Located on a no wake zone part of the lake so very safe to just swim right off the dock."

"This cabin included all amenities we would ever need! There were plenty of beds for my family and great wifi. It’s close to stores in the area too for any additional needs. Our favorite part was the screened in porch with its seating and TV and plenty of board games to play. We loved it!"
