Luxury executive furnished suites right in the heart of downtown Halifax. The Mary Ann building is located across from the amazing central library in the highly sought after Spring Garden neighbourhood. The building is above the NSLC’s Port of Wines as well as the popular restaurant Garden Food Bar, and Spin Co., yoga studios, and fitness classes are all within a block away. A 5-minute walk takes you to Halifax’s popular waterfront boardwalk or the restaurants and pubs on Argyle Street! This is the best apartment to enjoy Halifax’s magical days ahead.
We value our guests and their comfort during their stay with us. We try to think of everything from a blender, to board games and bandaids (just in case). However, if you have any special requests, please reach out. We are always looking to improve our amenities.
We understand that many people may have a reaction to scented products. The hand soap and dish soap we have in the units are from The Unscented Company (Canadian). We do typically use scented laundry products for the purposes of the guest experience, but we do offer unscented laundry products for your stay on request.
A few things that we do offer on request:
-playpen -highchair -baby bath -ask us...you never know. Please remove your shoes when inside the apartment.
Please clean your dishes and empty the fridge before checkout.
Please do not leave lights on when leaving the unit during your stay and when checking out.
No Pets are permitted on the property. Pets will lead to a $250 fine and immediate cancellation of booking without refund.
This is a family friendly unit in a residential building. No partying or gathering more than 6 people are allowed.
Any noise complaints will result in a warning first notice and a $500 fine and eviction on the second notice.
There is a $500 fine for smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping.
Garbage needs to be sorted into cans/plastic recycling, paper, green bin (compost) and garbage.
Any guest that misuses the property, such as but not limited to: hosting a party, using the property for prostitution services, causing damage to the property and/or disturbing other residents will be charged a $500 fine, plus any applicable cleaning fees and/or costs to repair or replace any damaged property or of any cancelled bookings.

The building is nice and modern. The unit is clean, nice and spacious. I have only stayed at hotels in Halifax on prior trips but will be staying in this building, if available, for all future trips.
Convenient to downtown, transportation (Uber or taxis), and restaurants.
Three adults spent 6 nights at the apartment while visiting family in Halifax. We were familiar with the city but still enjoyed the central location that allowed us to walk to the park, shopping and the waterfront.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Jeremy was great on communicating with us. Parked the car safely in the garage and walked everywhere. Very comfortable, clean, and well equipped place!
We had a great stay at the amazing apartment. It was large and comfortable, and each room could have its own dedicated washroom. Jeremy was easy to contact and super responsive to all of our text! I would stay here again.
My colleague and I were very pleased with the convenience of the location and the apartment itself. Lots of space, kitchen was well supplied with appliances and the two full bathrooms were a bonus.
Perfect two bed/two bath apartment with everything you need. Conveniently located near DAL and all restaurants and waterfront in downtown Halifax. Underground parking was a bonus! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Great location & nicely appointed spot to stay in Halifax
We were in town just to visit my daughter who is a university student. We want to explore the restaurant scene and some of the other sites. This is great for workability and very comfortable. Stay the process for parking is a little complex but once you figure it out, it’s not difficult.
The property is very nice. Plenty of towels available and other necessities. The beds were comfortable but a little small. Other than that, I can’t say anything negative about it.
The host was very responsive when I had questions and provided us with good info about where to eat and visit. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
I highly recommend this spacious high end unit, perfectly situated to enjoy downtown Halifax. Everything was top notch, and the complimentary bottle of locally produced wine. Very convenient to have access to a well equipped fitness room just down the hall.
My 82 yr old father and I stayed while visiting my daughter. The option of the walk in shower was perfect for him. The size of the space was incredible. It was a really quiet building. Couldn’t hear anyone else. The neighbourhood is great with food and other shopping options and not far from the waterfront. Definitely recommend!!!
The condo was very clean. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. Jeremy was easy to contact to address a few issues regarding lights on the bedrooms. The location can’t be beat—walking distance to harbor front, grocery stores, bars,and restaurants. Would rent this condo again.
We had a great stay. Location was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. The apartment was tastefully decorated. The showers could use an update or a good cleaning. The fire alarm went off around midnight one night due to someone smoking in the building. It was good that the system worked well. Thank you Jeremy you are a great host.
Two bedroom two bathroom spacious condo in downtown Halifax. Easy walk to harbor, stores, restaurants, museum and ferry. Parking below and gym on same floor. Grocery and wine store a few doors away. We encountered a few small issues that were quickly resolved by management
We were two retired couples staying in Halifax for 6 nights. The Marianne apartment is spacious and well equipped. The location is fantastic: Walking distance to fabulous restaurants, the harbour and many museums, around the corner to the beautiful public garden and the citadel. Jeremy was an extremely attentive host. He responded very quickly to all concerns and questions. We highly recommend Halifax and this apartment.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was perfect for a work trip with a colleague. Having parking onsite was great. The only downside was the early construction next door which clashed with our west coast body clocks. That will be a temporary disruption and not a problem for people who need to be up by 7.30 or are staying over a weekend.
Unfortunately I would like to submit a positive review as the unit was spacious, clean and well equipped but the street noise was loud and constant throughout the night. Noise cancelling headphones/ ear buds were required to sleep at night.
Also it seems that the cleaning crew does not clean the balcony. It was unusable as it was quite filthy and the glass panels and chairs had not been cleaned.
