"We loved Riber View!
Positives: comfy beds, clean throughout, nice sofas, sun trap garden, dog friendly, great view.
No real negatives for us.
Will definitely stay again."
"Exactly what I wanted, what I have expected hearing from my family who have stayed there previously so it was great to have a relaxing time with great service and food "

"Lovely staff through out - reception/bar and kitchen. The food is tasty and portions are generous - the XL BBQ ribs are actually XL!
The rooms are clean and spacious with a will sought out lay out. While the link to the rooms from the bar could do with some refresh, the facilities in the room are great.
My room.had a view of Riber Castle, it was lovely making the connection on my hike.
I enjoyed my stay."
Large Victorian 6 bed house in the centre of Matlock with hot tub and games room
10/10 Excellent
"We came to Matlock with the kids and grandkids from Canada, to show them their roots! The house was just perfect. A perfect spot for family and friends to visit, and we were within walking distance of shops, pubs, and a park. Daniel was very quick to answer any questions we had. We had an amazing time, and it was hard to leave!"
"Thanks for the lovely 1 bedroom flat near the main park in Matlock. It was super clean and the host kept in touch when we had questions. The parking space was too small for our rentalSUV but we managed to find street parking each night. We would definitely come back. "
"We loved staying in Charlie’s property. It was very clean and well maintained and was a gem. Parking was tricky round the back but plenty of on street parking was available. A few trips down the hill into town certainly built the glutes on the return up the hill! Highly recommend Stones restaurant and Sourdough Dave’s bakery for bread in the morning. Matlock is a lovely town and well positioned for walking (Dovedale, Edale, etc all within 30mins) or visiting Bakewell or Chatsworth House.Perfect house for a perfect trip! Thanks Charlie!"
"Was a lovely little room. Clean and cozy.
Down points are that room was too hot with no means to cool it down and no spoons or stirrers to make the drinks.
Would deffo recommend but if your like me and get hot too quick then ask for a room with aircon."
"We have just enjoyed a fantastic fews days at Robertswood House. Marylyn has been brilliant throughout the booking process. The house is fantastic with all the amenities we needed. And the views were incredible. We will be booking again."
Outstanding Large Period Property With Breath Taking Views Sleeping Up To 19
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent communication with the owner on everything we asked. We had beautiful weather during our stay and made use of all the facilities. The only thing I was told about was that the bedrooms could do with blackout blinds. Other than that would highly recommend the property to anyone "
