"Rooms were a good size, but the rooms we had smelled like smoke despite being non-smoking. The staff weren't super helpful or approachable. The buffet breakfast was fairly cheap and great that kids ate free since we had 3 kids and 3 rooms. Great location, walking distance to most main attractions."

"The location was convenient since it was close to the Drum Tower and close to the shopping area of Shichahai. Highly recommend. They do not serve breakfast but there was a wonderful breakfast place left of the hotel entrance where I had a wonderful breakfast roujiamo. "

"Overall was a good stayed. The room is fully renovated. But its not soundproof enough. I can hear my neighbour talking or outside my door. Concierge was very helpful with my taobao package. And their English is pretty good as well."
