"The front desk (Caroline) and breakfast person (male fellow) were great. Caroline was very personable and shared experiences of the safety of the hotel and area. She offered the sauna and other workout amenities which we were not aware of, and I used them! The other front desk receptionist (male with a beard) was also very helpful in figuring out the bathroom heater rack for drying clothes. I would come back again!"

"The staff at Innspire Hotel were so helpful. There was a problem with the reservation but they were able to sort it out efficiently. Our room was shiny clean! It is an easy walk to the subway."
