We stayed in room #1 for 2-nights (Fri-Sun) and this review is only about this particular room. We choose to book this place only because of its convenient location for a visit with friends in that area of town. The place is along a very busy road that leads to the Autobahn on-ramp a little bit down the road. The room is directly on the corner of the building and at street level (Hochparterre), meaning that people walking by on the sidewalk can easily see into the room when a window is fully opened. It wasn't helpful that a cigarette dispenser and a public trashcan were outside directly below the window as well. For safety reasons, we didn't open the lower windows over night, but only cracked open the small windows above for air (there is NO air conditioning). Still, when people walked by talking at night, it sounded like they were standing at our bedside. Light pollution is also terrible as the upper windows had no blinds and curtains were of a thin material that didn't entirely cover the windows. Lights/ blinkers from vehicles moved across the walls and ceiling all night. If you choose to spend the night there, bring an eye mask and ear plugs if you want to get any sleep. Although the room was clean, the caulking of the shower walls were a different story. Black mold all over. They urgently need at the least a brush and clearly hadn't been on anyone's radar for cleaning in a long time. Although it seemed a good room price at time of booking, I no longer think so afterwards

Man konnte das Zimmer überhaupt nicht abdunkeln, weil es keinen Vorhang gab. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider liegt die Gaststätte direkt an der Hauptstraße, wenn man also kein Problem mit Lärm oder Helligkeit hat kann man gerne dort hin.

Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings war es nicht schön, dass man sich Bad und Toilette mit zwei anderen Zimmern teilen musste. Die 2,80 Euro Zusatzgebühr muss man bar bezahlen, EC-Karte wird nicht alkzeptiert. Leider hatte ich kein Bargeld dabei, worauf hin der Wirt extrem unfreundlich wurde. Er war vorher schon nicht besonders freundlich, entweder hatte er einen "schlechten" Tag oder er hat allgemein etwas gegen Wessis (ich komme aus dem Ruhrgebiet). Erst nachdem ein netter Gast mir die 2,80 Euro vorgestreckt hatte, konnte ich einchecken. Meine schlechte Bewertung mit nur einem Stern erfolgt ausschließlich aufgrund der schlimmen Erfahrung mit dem Wirt, sonst war alles gut.

Von der Ausstattung her einfache, aber funktionale, saubere und preisgünstige Pension mit angeschlossener Speisegaststätte, in der der Pensionswirt selber lecker und schmackhaft zu moderaten Preisen kocht. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück wurde auch auf Anmeldung zu einer vereinbarten Zeit bereitet. Einfacher Check In /Out. (Kartenzahlung vor Ort möglich). Gerne wieder!

Frühstück für 12,50 Euro pro Person zusätzlich ist stark übertrieben ! ! ! Parkplatz nicht vorhanden, es musste ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ca. 200m entfernt genutzt werden welcher auch nur am WE NICHT Zeitbegrenzt ist, die Woche über gibt es zeiliche Beschränkung.

Nahe zur Straßenbahn gelegene Unterkunft mit Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Ansonsten spartanisch eingerichtet und ohne Verdunklungsvorhänge, dass man mit Sonnenaufgang geweckt wird. Zimmer recht hellhörig. Ohne Früstück, aber das war auch so gewollt.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, es war nichts zu beanstanden. Allerdings beim bezahlen des Frühstücks war ich erstaunt. Nicht wie angegeben 8 Euro ,sondern 12.50 Euro wurden kassiert. Auf nachfrage sagte der Chef er könne es nicht auf der ,,Seite ,,löschen da der vorige Besitzer verstorben ist. Sowas ärgert mich
