"The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! "Wir (8 Herren) hatten einen sehr angenehmen Kurz-Urlaub im Naturhotel Hochheide. Die Premiumzimmer Alpin ließen keinen Wunsch offen. Neben einem sehr bequemen Bett, gibt es im Nebenraum eine tolle Couch und für den, der es braucht tatsächlich einen zweiten(!) Fernseher.
