Restaurant was really good though and shuttle service was decent. If you are arriving in terminal 3 the shuttle picks up around #39 outside"

"Initially assigned an accessible room which did not work for us. Huge spacious room but obviously set up for wheelchair access. Mini fridge in open middle of room, no bathroom vanity as free standing sink. Coat rack was at hip level. We requested a move to a room more suitable to our needs and were accommodated right away. Very friendly reception staff."

"The staff at best western really went above and beyond with my elderly mom traveling alone. They really understood the importance of family and treated my mom like they're family by taking all my request over the phone as my mom first language is Spanish. By arranging her wake up call and airport return shuttle before she even arrive. They heard and listen to my concerns. The rooms were very clean. The staff were knowledge about flights location and terminals. As toronto International can be challenging to navigate due to its size. This place is truly a jem in the rough. Because every staff member i talk to really did care about my mom safety and comfort. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back. "
