"This is an excellent hotel and resort. The rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable. The pool area is wonderful with a real changeroom and lockers ( bring a lock) it has a nice pool not chilly, hot tub, sauna and steam room. There are several restaurants and food places with daily specials to check out. It is easy to drive anywhere you need to go, no place took more than 45 minutes and using GPS was easy. Breakfast is a bit pricey but there is a Tim Hortons 5 minute drive away. Free parking. Staff are friendly."

"Amazingly comfortable beds, great amenities in room and great location with free shuttle to airport. It was disappointing that the pool was closed for planned maintenance and we weren’t told ahead of time (we chose it specifically because of the pool), and breakfast only starts at 7am so no chance of making it if you’re on an early flight. Hallways had a cigarette smell but room was clean and fresh. Overall a positive experience, will probably book here again when travelling (and will call about the pool!) :)"

"Again, parking is a hassle. Parking located a 5 minutes walk away in a parking garage. Multiple single steps up and down from sidewalks, and a staircase from roadway up to parking lot. Makes it difficult for folks with heavy, rolling luggage. College should consider putting ramps in for just this purpose. Or maybe a concierge service to bring bags from parking garage to the lobby."

"This was a great hotel to stay at near the airport. However, they promote a shuttle service which was one of the reasons I booked it, and after waiting at least 30 minutes with no show of their shuttle, i ended up taking a taxi. I would also like to preface that I was up at 4 AM my time and took a flight with a layover and landed around 8 PM and was exhausted. I saw a lot of shuttles from one of the other hotels!"
