"While the host was kind enough to offer early check-in and late checkout, the actual condition of the home was unacceptable. We arrived to a dirty kitchen (counters, stove, fridge), hair in the shower, dirty shower glass and sinks, and floors so filthy our socks turned black immediately. More concerning were the safety and privacy issues. The home appears to be on the market; we found real estate cards left behind, and a real estate agent walked onto the deck during our stay. As a group of two women and three children, this was an alarming privacy violation. Furthermore, the 'bed' was simply a mattress on two box springs on the floor, the pull-out couch was ripped. The hot tub was a primary reason we booked was closed (which wasn't disclosed until after payment). Despite providing photos of these issues to the host, they have refused to offer any compensation. I cannot recommend this property due to the lack of hygiene and unprofessional management of showings during guest stays."

"Check in was easy with detailed instructions from the host. Accommodations were as described. Light from general story button shining in our room throughout the night. Also, he found several cobwebs hanging from the walls and rafters this was a disappointment. Recommend property for someone who just needs a place to sleep. "

"It was relatively family friendly. There are quite a few stairs to get down to the unit so it would be challenging if you needed to more lots of things in (i.e. playpen, crib, etc) or with your littles.The unit is nice overall. It could use some finishing touches (i.e. removing tags from chairs, off the garbage can) and the fridge needed to be cleaned. Other then the things listed above, the unit is good for a couple night stay. It is centrally located, was clean overall, and the furniture and beds were relatively comfortable. It is a basement apartment - it is mostly quiet but you can head noise from the other unit."

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculate, spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful details. There was plenty of coffee, lots of towels, and everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were seamless with clear instructions, and the property itself was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!"
