Also, he found several cobwebs hanging from the walls and rafters this was a disappointment. Recommend property for someone who just needs a place to sleep. "

"It was relatively family friendly. There are quite a few stairs to get down to the unit so it would be challenging if you needed to more lots of things in (i.e. playpen, crib, etc) or with your littles.The unit is nice overall. It could use some finishing touches (i.e. removing tags from chairs, off the garbage can) and the fridge needed to be cleaned. Other then the things listed above, the unit is good for a couple night stay. It is centrally located, was clean overall, and the furniture and beds were relatively comfortable. It is a basement apartment - it is mostly quiet but you can head noise from the other unit."
