Connection is not user friendly. Too long a process to go through. Also the window blind doesn’t close fully which prevents the option of having controlling sun rays when it’s needed and when not. Also privacy is an issue with the open blinds

The hotel and room were very clean and inviting, the staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was nice and our kids really enjoyed the pool.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Curtains did not have the ability to close, casting bright lights and sunlight into the room, which allowed us very little rest and a lack of privacy.
Shower faucet also dripped constantly.
For these reasons we did not have a positive stay.

Staff were really nice and the check in went smooth. Our room however had a bedside table missing, the other bedside table was falling off. The tv had white dots on it after a while that wouldn’t go away.
