There were toilets in boxes EVERYWHERE in the hallways, foyer, bugs in the bedroom, wallpaper tearing off the walls, desk, phone and floor were all disgusting.. I will never be staying here again.

Pleasently suprised! The room was clean and well kept. Felt comfortable! Loby is nothing fancy, but the room was actually pretty nice, and clean! No elevator, but not a huge flight of stairs.

The hotel staff were all very friendly. The breakfast options were nice (waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage, muffins, yogurt, fruit). Unfortunately in our room there was a lot of peeling wallpaper, the sofa/sofa bed had crumbs on it and there was a black hair in the shower. The bed itself was clean and comfortable though, the room was bigger than I expected and the Tv was actually a decent size. Too bad the cleanliness wasn’t better because this would be a fantastic hotel otherwise.

I chose this property because of its proximity to an appointment I had, which was perfect. However, there was mold in the shower, the vanity had a large broken chunk missing, the bottom 3 inches of the bathroom door was rotting. The lighting was poor throughout and the only available plug in outlet was so worn that whatever I plugged in kept falling out.

There looked like some weird discolored scratches on the bottom of the bathtub so I didn't feel fullly comfortable to use it. The holder for toilet paper roller is broken and missing.

Needs more quality control.

The room was lacking a lot of things. I had to go ask for a coffee pot. Also had to go back to ask for facecloths. There were no facecloths and only one bath towel. Also had to ask for a fresh box of Kleenex. There was only 3 tissues left in box. Was expecting a continental breakfast but there was only coffee. The best part was meeting the nice girl at front desk that was very apologetic each time I was there requesting stuff. She shouldn't have to be fixing all those issues.
