"The location was excellent, but our experience with the host left much to be desired. Communication was slow, and when we did receive a response, it wasn’t helpful. The door lock was broken, and we were unable to use the code to lock or unlock the door throughout our entire two day stay. "Too difficult to find a parking slot. Fee for parking is expensive. Only one double bed for 4 persons. Two of them had to sleep on floor. Cups and kitchen utensils were not clean enough. Staff at office was careless, giving us a wrong access password!"
