Great experience overall. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional. The room was surprisingly spacious for Japan, clean, and comfortable. It’s a short walk from the main station and close to plenty of restaurants and nightlife. The free happy hour drinks are a great touch. Definitely recommend and would gladly stay here again.

Good location. Breakfast ok. Laundry room very useful and reasonably priced. Air conditioning in public areas a bit too cold. appreciated Happy Hour and onigiri. Staff helpful despite not knowing much English (to be fair my Japanese is not good!)

For tourists without car is not so convenient but it is only 7 min to walk from station so it’s not too bad.

I was surprise the reception staff don’t know about around city…….I asking about how to go they place,she don’t know and the supervisor also dont so I take a taxi,about 5 minutes to go they place luckily the taxi old man so nice . For future hope the staff need to know well around the place.specially foreigners come to visit and they don’t know the place well.Hamamatsu so nice place to visit.Thank you

ハッピーアワーをすごく楽しみにしていたが、種類が少なくて、有料つまみも小さくて少し盛り上がりにかけた印象だった。それ以外はお風呂も広く、部屋も広くて充分満足でした。朝食も美味しかった

一番近いコンビニの立地の治安が悪い。部屋の壁に大きめのシミがあり気持ち悪かった。朝食はうなぎが食べられて満足でした。チェックアウト時の切り火はヤンクミになった気分で楽しかったです。

Would definitely stay again. Rooms are small but comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. They can stay eco-friendly and convenient by offering guests the opportunity to grab anything they need on the first floor but without putting it in the room. All the convenience and less waste. They have a happy hour where you can have unlimited drinks for FREE. They have laundry facilities which are good but were very busy when I used them. Overall I was super pleased.
