"Kind staff. Cleaned room."

"Front desk staff were not as welcoming as expected for a supposed higher end hotel. The interior was a little old and tired. Rooms were the same as when I stayed in 2016. And the restaurant was the same as in 2016, expensive and cold food. Overall disappointing experience, compared to my first few visits in 2012-2016, when everything was newer and the staff were friendlier."

"Great alternating breakfast selection daily. Staff was friendly and useful. Room came with all you needed, good water pressure in shower. A/C took a little effort to work but overall good air temperature. "

"Breakfast is only served from Tuesday to Thursday, it wasn’t mentioned in here that from Saturday to Monday they don’t serve breakfast, who is very disappointed based on the price I paid. Also the toilet seat in my room was in bad condition. After the first night my bed cover has stain on it, when they cleaned the room the day after, the bed cover wasn’t cleaned. Overall for the price I thought it would have been better but it was not the case from my experience "

[총평] 급하게 예약했음에도 불구하고 세심한 서비스와 편안한 잠자리 덕분에 통영에서 즐거운 추억을 만들었습니다. 제안드린 안전 사항만 보완된다면 다음번에도 꼭 다시 찾고 싶은 곳입니다. 기분 좋게 잘 쉬다 갑니다!"
