"If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel, I recommend OPPA Hostel. Richard is a wonderful host and he goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable as much as possible. The room was clean and I had enough space to reorganize my luggage before I checked out. The washroom is a shower, toilet and sink combined, not ideal but you get used to it. The location is convenient and pretty quiet at night (4 min walk to Sinchon station). Would definitely return when I come back to Seoul."

"Stayed here for 3 nights while in Sinchon. All the staff and the owner were extremely kind of helpful. There are tons of cafes & good restaurants nearby as well as Yonsei university. The building is very modern and there is a lot of shopping around as well if that's your thing. This is also the cheapest place in the area, but it didn't feel like a cheap place to me at all."

"The guesthouse itself served its purpose for my overnight stay in the area. The bed was clean, and the staff was helpful and informative. The bathroom in my dorm was interesting in that if the sink ran too long, the floor flooded. Also, our dorm room door stayed unlocked the entire night. It wasn't a problem, but it defeated the purpose of giving us room keys. "

"Great affordable accomodation. We had a family of five in a 6 bunk bed room. The lower bunks were larger than the tops. Shared bathrooms cleaned each day. Only gripe was the lack of tv in the room. "Oh my goodness, where do I even start? Staying here added a special kind of magic to my trip that I will never forget. The owner Kwangsup is an absolute gem of a person who became my good friend during my time here. He and his family run the place and that personal touch is what makes it so magical. Their kindness is above and beyond and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Seoul. I could write on and on for hours about this place and still wouldn’t be able to sufficiently say how amazing it was. "

"It was a nice hostel and the room has great aircon, mine had a nice view and it’s pretty close to the river. The only draw back is they’re mostly staff-less so you have to do your own check in and email them your passport. They also don’t have secure luggage storage. You just leave it behind an unmanned desk which everyone has access to. There’s also stairs of you’re staying up on the 12th floor with no lift option."
