"Enjoy stay"

"I had booked a double room with two beds when we checked in we were given a room with one king size bed. When going to the front desk and ask them about it they said they didn’t know why that happened even though it shows on the system, we booked a double. However they were fully booked for the night. After going back-and-forth for a while, we were offered a pullout bed, which is completely painful. After asking if somebody would make up the bed for us, the gentleman at the front desk asked if we wanted him to do it. Apparently, he was the only one working in the hotel. We were not offered a refund for the night. We were told that the next day they will see if they can put us in a different room. nobody bothered to try to reach out to us until we went back to the front desk to ask. This is completely unacceptable as I had made this reservation months prior. When we wanted to check out late, we were only given one extra hour, even though they could’ve made an exception. So we ended up leaving early."

"The bathrooms desperately need updating But overall a nice place to stay as it’s convenient to loads of shopping and eating clean and staff are wonderful !"

"From the moment we walked in the door we knew we would have a very comfortable stay. Front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean. Quiet and comfortable, made it easy to rest and recharge. Small things make it stand out like the quality bath products and a microwave and frig in the room. The bed was epically comfortable and linens were clean and fresh. Quick check in and checkout with a text saying if we needed anything during our stay let them know. Free, close parking and a trolly for luggage made it easy to unload our overpacked suitcases. Just a great stay. No bad surprises-just a smoothly run hotel that made us want to stay again when we’re in town. "

"I think I found my new favorite Buffalo hotel. From the moment I arrived the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable. I ordered in room dining for breakfast and it was excellent. Definitely will stay again."

"When I called the service desk to report that the TV wasn't working properly, they told me they would send someone to check it, but they never sent anyone. Later that night, I called to ask if I could have a couple of pieces of cutlery brought up; again, they didn't send anyone—despite having said on both occasions that someone would come up, which never happened."

"It was conveniently located to walk to keybank center. We parked across the street for $22-ish for 24 hours. The front desk staff was very helpful and the property was very nice. The room, specifically the bathroom, didn’t seem super clean. The hand towels had hairs on them and a washcloth had something blue on it. That made me wonder if everything else was as clean as it could be. There were also no usb outlets which now seem standard in hotel rooms…so I was unprepared to charge my Apple Watch. Overall it was a nice stay, but maybe not for the high price."

"Horrible place to stay, hallways smell awful,when we got to our room no garbage cans ,the shower had not curtain,never got room service not even to take the garbage out."
