there was no personal check in after 4 pm, only a digital box outside. The digital buttons di not work and it took a long time after a long journey to go to the room., No kettle or coffee/tea facilities and nothing to buy or restaurants nearby. The emergency telephone number did not respond and hung up a couple of times.

Charmerende og hyggeligt lillehotel i forstæderne.

Superhyggeligt hotel i forstæderne. Gode parkeringsmuligheder og fin morgenmadsbuffet. Hyggeligt familieværelse med fin plads til to voksne og to børn. Bygningen er af ældre dato, men det er en del af charmen.

Bei Ankunft funktionierte die Schlüsselkarte nicht, das Zimmer weiß diverse Mängel auf, der Fenstergriff wurde nur mit Klebeband zusammen gehalten (so auch im Wintergarten), der Haken im Bad fiel von alleine runter, das Duschwasser lief schnell über, Fußleisten waren nicht befestigt, Möbel wurden nur unfachmännisch repariert, Zimmer für drei Personen viel zu klein für den Preis, Treppenhaus roch muffig, Mängel wurden trotz Reklamation und Anwesenheit des Hausmeisters nicht behoben, am vorletzten Tag überhaupt kein Zimmerservice. Bei über 250€ pro Nacht ohne Frühstück waren diese Zustände nicht akzeptabel. Alles im Allem fühlten wir uns wegen der amateurhaften Absicherung der Tür- Fenstergriffe im Wintergarten und im Zimmer, sowie dem Handling der Schlüsselkarte nicht sicher. Wir können dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

Wir suchten eine günstige Unterkunft in der Nähe des Epilepsie Zentrums. Unser Dreibett Zimmer war okay, das Bad etwas klein, aber wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Das Frühstück war für uns ausreichend, aber nichts besonderes.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einem Wohnviertel. Wer seine Ruhe braucht ist hier richtig. Partymenschen sollten sich anderweitig umschauen. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Hotel sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Parkmöglickeit gegen Entgeld vorhanden. Bushaltestelle 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Frühstück, große Auswahl in ausreichender Menge, Buffet wird bis zum Schluß aufgefüllt. Im großen und ganzen ein großes Plus aber ein kleines Minus muss doch erwähnt werden. Die Kissen sollten gegen neue ausgetauscht werden!
