Although it looks a bit worn down and shabby from the outside, this hotel is quite nice, and the room had everything that we needed for our stay. It is within easy walking distance of various tourist attractions, and the staff were very friendly. The free parking was also a real bonus of this hotel.

Gets the job done for short stay
Location was convenient and near train station. Reception lady spoke English , was welcoming and helpful. Radiator in the toilet had blood stains.

Tricky to find but it was there. Very close to central Hamburg, Reeperbahn but take the Ubahn to Rathaus Market area as parking is tricky there. This hotel had free parking which was a factor for me, it turns out it is underneath the hotel so I had to figure that out - not marked very clearly but I was looking for parking outside. Typical German breakfast for 7 euros was adequate for the cost but if you just want coffee and a roll - pass and go for a walk. Very reasonable price for the location with parking.

They are who they say they are. A 3 star hotel. It's clean and the workers are professional. I couldn't get them on the phone when I had questions about checking in but they are there 24/7 so it wasn't a problem.
