Head downstairs to the finished basement, where you’ll find a large sectional, another smart TV, a dining table for four, cozy sitting area for two, and a dedicated workspace for those mixing business with pleasure.



For indoor fun, the game room in the garage is a hit with guests of all ages, featuring darts, ping pong, pop-a-shot, foosball, and plenty of board games. When it’s time to unwind, step out to the back deck and enjoy alfresco dining at the table for four, or retreat to the secluded patio with seating for two for a peaceful moment with your morning coffee or evening drink. • Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available.

• Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the walkway into the home as well as a partial view of the driveway, and (2) located at the back door and actively monitoring the back deck.

• High chair and portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.
