Very clean and super helpful, kind cleaning staff. However people managing the lobby could use improvement. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. Also we randomly got locked out of our suite with our key cards not working. Then we had to go up and down the floors to get someone to open our door. If it weren’t for the awesome cleaning staff I would’ve given this place a 1 star.

Property is very nice. They have an outdoor patio with sitting areas as well as two propane BBQ’s for guest use. The room was clean and all necessities provided. There was an annoying, repetitive noise in the room. We were on the top floor so I believe it may have been a fan or ventilation system issue.

We enjoyed our stay. The unexpected highlight was the breakfast. We have pretty low expectations of hotel breakfasts and we're very pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of this one.

What can I say? I love the property the moment I walked in . As soon as I open the door a kitchen was right in front of me. It had pots, plates,glasses, silverware strainer ice cub tray, big fridge and coffee maker. No need for take out if you don't want to. There is a closet to put your jackets and shoes, plus an ironing board and iron. There is a table with 4 chairs, a tv that tells you good morning, afternoon and evening. Lastly the bed and pillows were ssooo comfortable and the bathroom was so huge would recommend this hotel to everyone and it even got a bar inside the hotel, where you can order food and drinks This is the best hotel I have ever been to. I would give it a rating of 20 stars I can't stop thinking about our stay there.

The rooms were okay, but had a slight odour. And the floor was very sticky both in the galley kitchen and the bathroom. You could also see visible dirt on the bath tub floor. The room was relatively clean otherwise. Though I was thoroughly disappointed when I breakfast was taken up at 9:28am when breakfast was supposed to run until 10am - and did run until 10am the first morning of our stay. The staff member doing breakfast did not address this concern when multiple guests were asking for breakfast and could not get even the cold foods like bagels and toast because they were being taken up before the end of the breakfast period. There was an event the second night and there was no parking left for the hotel guest, we had to drive around for a while and wait for the event guest to leave before we could park. The front desk and maintenance staff were very friendly and hospitable.

My children decided they wanted to bring the equivalent of 5 garbage bags of stuffed animals and blankets for their hotel stay. The staff helped us bring them and our stuff in and commented how amazing it was to be kids etc. The staff were very helpful and accommodating! Hotel was clean, kid friendly and had the deepest pool we’ve seen in a hotel (the kids loved it!) We were also right down the road from trails, so the kids loved to take the bikes out of the trunk (in the hotel parking lot) and just ride down to the trails. There were also a lot of outdoor seating areas that we could visit with family. Very quiet and private. Perfect stay!
