UNA VERGOGNA SENZA RITEGNO Prenotato con Expedia, personale e direttore ci hanno comunicato che non lavorano e non conoscono expedia e ci hanno buttato fuori dall'hotel. Esperienza traumatica con discussioni e liti per oltre 3 ore in una reception male odorante e piena di zanzare. Receptionist e direttore poco ediucati, incapaci a gestire booking ed a contenere le loro esplosioni di aggressività. Incompetenza e sporcizia: attendiamo rimborso che expedia ci nega. Video registrati per la polizia turistica tunisina. la vicenda non finisce qui. ATTENTI Aneppure Expedia ha i contatti dell'hotel perché non gli frispondono neppure più. quella gente dovrebbe andare a pascolare pecore o zappare in campagna e non gestire un hotel.
