"I booked this hotel last-minute, and from the moment I arrived until I checked out, everything just felt right. The staff were warm and professional throughout my stay. The room was lovely, with a window that actually opened and efficient air conditioning (when the window was closed). The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the entire hotel was impeccably clean. The hotel feels brand new, even though it has already been open for a few years. The breakfast deserves a special mention: the variety was fantastic, the quality was excellent, and everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and meticulously tidy - even towards the end of breakfast! The hotel is located in the city center, very close to both train and bus station. If you come by car, there's a secure parking garage about a five-minute walk away (inside a shopping center), which cost around €20 for overnight parking. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. A special thank you to the front desk team for making me feel so welcome, the housekeeping staff for keeping everything immaculate, and the breakfast team for their wonderful service and smiles every morning. You truly created a beautiful place!"

"Schöne kleine und gemütliche Wohnung mit Seeblick von der Terrasse und der Küche. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung okay, aber das Schlafsofa war grenzwertig klein und recht hart, außerdem haben wir erst auf viele Rückfragen erfahren, welche Dinge (Bettlaken, Bezüge und Handtücher) wir selber mitbringen müssen. Die Wohnung war nicht so sauber, wie wir bei der Ankunft erwartet hatten, aber das hat uns auch nicht weiter gestört. Dafür ist der Standort sehr ruhig und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns immer weitergeholfen. Von dort aus kommt man sehr schön in die Natur in der Umgebung und erreicht auch die nächste größere Stadt Karlstad unkompliziert. Alles in allem hätten wir uns etwas mehr Sauberkeit und ein wenig modernere Einrichtung gewünscht, aber wir würden für ein paar Tage jederzeit wiederkommen."

"Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location next to the river was nice since we had a view out our window. Breakfast was amazing, literally, it was huge and had everything from fresh baked bread to delicious crepes and all the meet cheese and fresh fruit you could want. The location being attached to the ice hockey arena was interesting. There is no staff that regularly attends the entrance and no lobby at all."
