The only downside was the early construction next door which clashed with our west coast body clocks. Communication was poor among the many subcontractors; signed a contract that was the revealed to say only 'TBD', no welcoming e-mail with door code until I asked for it the day of our arrival, welcoming e-mail had a very negative tone with its list of charges for infractions of the rules including not separating the recycling properly, my single request for an extra 2 mugs and if possible a teapot went unanswered.
