"The room was spacious and clean. The TV could be bigger and newer but overall the room was great and affordable. Check in was easy and I asked the lady at the desk where the nearest grocery store is and she politely directed me. She was very sweet. "
A cozy “Guest House” bungalow in charming Charlotte.
10/10 Excellent
"Bernard was an excellent host for my two brothers! He was very friendly and responsive! And also incredibly accommodating! Highly recommend and would use again!"
"We had 3 generations of our family staying - 8 adults, 3 children. The house is located much further from Fort Mill (where my sister lives) and the Bank of America Stadium than the listing indicates. Beds were comfy. Some pillow cases were stained possibly soiled so we didn’t use them. The house has had beautiful renovations done to it. However, it is not clean. It has obviously been used has a party house. The house reeked of drugs and marijuana. The floors were not cleaned at all. All the doors are hardwood or tile and only 2 rugs in the house, so cleaning the floors is easy! It just has to be done by someone who cares. The outdoor trash cans were overflowing with clothing, blankets and bedding, as if the house had been lived in and just emptied. The house is advertised as having outdoor space, but the patios did not have any furniture. The indoor furniture is sparse with limited seating in the living room. A broken chair was in the garage. The garage is used as a parking space, but was filled with spider webs. The grass needed mowing. "
