"I had an okay visit. I didn’t understand the parking why I had to park in a separate parking spot when my room was right there were you check in in the main building. I found it frustrating. The cleaning staff didn’t clean my room at all. They just emptied the trash. It would’ve been nice if they swept and made my bed when they came in my room every day cause of all the sand and what not the pool gate was broken and I told one of the cleaning ladies and she just ignored me and it never got...

"Pleasently surprised. This little cozy place was more then I expected. Staff was nice, view was great, room was clean. Convenient to everything, even the neighboring rooms were respectful. No late night shanagins. The coffee shop down stairs was a big plus. Great coffee, muffins, opens at 6am. Really had a great stay."

"We booked a room last minute. We had a room with two beds. The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The bathroom room was a little small and the shower was small. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Great location."

Zéro insonorisation, la chambre puait, l’air climatisé dégageait une odeur bizarre. La chambre était propre, mais désuet. Nous étions au 3e étage et les planches de la galerie callait sous nos pieds …pas sécuritaire."

"Unique and "classic" beach community vibe, not in the "luxe" category by any means but a fun place and very convenient for all the fun of Hampton Beach. The place works great for us and for most (but not all) people. In our case each year we're not looking for the Ritz but instead an easy and hassle-free way to get to the beach and enjoy Hampton's restaurants, music, and activities."
