Amazing weekend getaway

Sweet beach house/unit with all amenities. Walking distance to beach, cafe and eateries. Perfect get away for my husband and I. We will plan to return.

Nice beach cottage

A very well kept and compact little apartment. Well stocked with everything (except they forgot dishwasher soap on this occasion). Two issues: the stairs up to the loft were fine for us, but might be difficult for anyone with walking issues. And the heating system was a bit of a mess. Upstairs roasted, while the downstairs main room was chilly, and the downstairs bedroom became a sauna if you closed the door. But for most people I'm sure this is not a winter time rental!

Nicely maintained & great parking for the beach

Very clean and well maintained property. This property has exceptional parking which is unheard of at the beach. We had 2 cars which had garage parking & a guest who visited for the day who were also able to park. This is a rarity at Hampton. Short walk to beach and boardwalk. It is perfect for up to 4 people but be warned , the steps up to the loft are somewhat steep. Be sure to bring your flashlight.

Peaceful

We were close enough to the beach to enjoy it with a short walk, and enjoy the boardwalk. But just far enough where it wasnt rowdy with the night life of thw boardwalk. Was clean and cozy, very friendly and respectful of privacy. Will definitely rent again next year.

Great location/lovely condo

Other than having to go out of town to get a hairdryer due to the one at the condo not working and not having salt and pepper, we loved our stay! The property owner was fantastic at communicating with us and resolving issues.

Perfect Get Away

The description was accurate and the place clean. Had inside/outside parking with laundry. Great that it had air conditioning. Short walk to public beach/boardwalk. It was a nice stay and we would come back to the same unit.

AC is only in the bedroom - the loft is 90 all the time

First of all , my rating is simply because of the cooling issue . The condo is nice. The AC units are in the kitchen or the bedroom, they are not efficient. Today they have so many options . At the cost I paid - I was very upset for the cost and my stay being so uncomfortable in the sleeping . I could stayed at a hotel room up the street . They do not cool the condo at a consistent temperature at all . The loft needs a shade that keeps heat or cold out . It had a sheet blocking the sun which was not even a full piece. The temperature was 88 or more up there . I was able to get a box fan along with the small oscillating fan they leave . As the adult , I slept maybe 4 hours a night each night . That’s crazy at the cost of this condo ! The owner did say if we lowered the bedroom AC we would freeze out those sleeping in there, sadly it didn’t help those sleeping upstairs .. the air did not circulate up. If you like a hot house to sleep in - this is your place . If it’s just 2 of you this is your place - it was not good for us a single mom and her girls .

Compact and lovely

Very clean, very well equipped, and comfortable place to stay. Could use a standalone table (there's seating a kitchen counter). Instruction book to explain HVAC was missing and the light bulbs in the bedrooms I don't think were the right ones for the dimmer switch type. There was some non-stop flashing when you tried to dim the light.

Property is getting run down. We have stayed there before two years ago. Price has become overpriced for what you get. A/C system was poor and for the money the TV options should have been better.

Convenient location with all the essentials

Quick easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Garage parking for 2 vehicles and keypad entry into the unit - no keys to worry about. Unit has all the essentials you need for your stay. Plenty of hot water for several showers. Owner was responsive to questions. Would stay there again.

Perfect stay

We enjoyed ourselves at Hampton Beach. Our girls love the easy access to the beach and us parents enjoyed the town folks, neighbors and great seafood. The home was clean and nicely set up. There was enough space for all of us. One thing that was bothersome is the blinds not going completely down but there was rapid response and hopefully fixed for the next visitors. I would definitely book another Airbnb as this was my first experience and was just perfect!

Clean, cute, and close to the beach!

This condo was perfect for our family of four! It was clean and stocked with the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. It was a perfect location for us - not right on the boardwalk (2 young kids). It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, so it was easy to come and go. The only small complaint we had is that the loft was warm as the AC didn’t quite reach it. However, there was a fan upstairs that helped. The rest of the condo was nice and cool. We’d definitely stay again!

Overall the place was great. Couldn't get into the place until over an hr after check-in time because of lack of information. And the cleaner showed up 10 mins earlier than check-out.

Family Trip

This was our first “big trip” with our toddler, and his first visit to the ocean. The property was the perfect size for us and our two boys. We had a short, easy walk to the beach and all amenities the area had to offer. The property was easy to locate, access, and cleanly.

Fun Trip to Hampton Beach

Our condo was easy to find, easy access, and close to the beach. Everything was clean and worked well. Even though there was a large parking lot out back and it was full when we arrived on Sunday, it was a fairly quiet neighborhood just slightly back from the main area. We walked to the beach/boardwalk/shops most nights and felt totally safe letting my daughter and her friend (both 13) roam the shops with us adults during daylight hours. A mirror fell our second day there, but no one was hurt, nothing was busted, and that was a completely random incident (the holder on the back busted). I left a note to report what happened. :-) We would stay again for sure!

great location, great parking situation, easy in and out of the property.

Enjoyed our stay the bathroom and water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. Good workable kitchen. TV picture was very clear and bright, wish there were more local stations. I wish there was an outdoor seating area where you could sit and eat.
