"Great location for the hot springs. This historic hotel is right across the street and within walking distance of restaurants & shops, right over the bridge. The hotel has a great restaurant located in the lobby offering a wide array of food & beverages. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend."

"The soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower is in an awkward place. The shower does not have much pressure so you need to stand close to the shower head. The soap/shampoo dispenser is right at face level in the way of the shower head. It would be a much better experience to relocate the dispenser to the opposite end of the shower away from the shower head. Thank you"

"Front desk lady was amazing when I checked in. I requested a ground floor because of a medical issue, without any hesitation she was able to accommodate me. Great breakfast as well. "

"Relaxing stay with a beautiful view! We especially loved the large doors that opened onto the patio off the main level. it really made the space feel open and inviting. The location was perfect too, with easy walking access to everything we needed.Donna was incredibly accommodating. I realized at the last minute that our reservation didn’t include our pet, which caused a brief moment of panic, but she handled it quickly and effortlessly, putting me completely at ease."
