The worst experience I have ever had. 服務人員將散客與團體客排在一起，非常吵。除了房客吵，窗子隔音也很差

교통이 불편한호텔
지하철역에서 1킬로이상거리여서 불편한데 택시조차도 많지않아 교통면에서 매우 불편했으며 프론트에 직원이 영어가 되지도 않았으며 예약확인도 어려웠고 체크인 시간도 오래걸리며 신뢰하기가 어려울정도 였다. 외출시 택시 콜서비스도 없어서 밖에나가 지나가는 택시를 마냥기다려야한는지경 이었다. 가격대비 시설이나 청결상태는 나쁘지 않았으나 프런트 직원과 기본적인 영어조차도 어렵고 예약 확인과정도 업무미숙하여 불편하였다. 교통면에서 매우 불편하여 평점에 4점은 무리인것 같다.

萧山是个新开发区。这间酒店座落在这个地区恰好适合来到此地经商的客旅。只不过交通还未完全开发，所以进出门较不方便。
